Skills: Adobe Illustrator | Adobe Fresco

The goal of this project is to enhance my digital illustration skills by exploring advanced techniques, styles, and efficient workflows, all while crafting captivating and age-appropriate content for toddlers. I integrated vector-based elements, typography, and design techniques to create a polished and cohesive visual presentation for the board book by using Adobe Fresco and Adobe Illustrator.

This project is an 8-page children's board book design, including cover and individual page layouts. Realistic mockups were created to visually represent the final product, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to print.

One of the challenges was creating engaging yet simple content for toddlers. Achieving the right balance between visual appeal and age-appropriate design required careful consideration of how each element would impact a young reader's understanding.

In addition to the book design itself, I also designed the packaging for the board book. The packaging complements the book’s overall theme, ensuring a cohesive and attractive presentation. Not only does this packaging protect the book, but it is also designed with convenience in mind, making it easier for parents to carry along when traveling or on outings with their children.

This functional aspect adds value, as it meets the practical needs of families while maintaining visual appeal, contributing to the product's marketability.
